Assignment: The Externalities of Education
Write a 2-3 page paper in which you:
1. Identify and discuss three externalities (positive or negative) of public education.
2. Craft a short 1-2 paragraph argument in support of or against the existence of public K-12 school systems versus a purely private K-12 schooling system based on your analysis.
