Write an 8 to 12 page paper on your personal theology and philosophy of leadership and management. Beginning with a Christian worldview perspective, your paper should evaluate and, where appropriate, assimilate leadership and management research and theory. Do not limit yourself to Christian authors only. This paper should reflect the ability to integrate leadership and management theory into a cohesive personal Christian model by identifying points of alignment and non-alignment between various theories with a Christian worldview perspective. Your paper must include the following sections. You will be required to present your personal theory in a brief presentation at the end of the course. This paper must be in current APA format and include citations as appropriate.
