Self discovery abt myself after performing a task:
I have a course work where I need to write about self-discovery of myself (my personality–Things discovered about myself after each task). The course is Becoming Team. I need to write like 1/2 of page for one task.
1/2 of page for one task + 1/2 of page for one task = 1 pages Total for 2 tasks
Task 1:
Who Moved My Cheese and Social Styles (sharing with the team your own style/character and discussing how you perceive others).
Please check this video. We had a task in class to check this video and also we got a paper with some qualities in it. Qualities were like Being helpful, truthful, intelligent, calm, serious, aggressive, negative, open, approachable, stubborn, unreliable, passive, self centered etc…Each member of team should ticks their qualities and each quality has a number. Every member should add all the numbers ( selected from bunch of qualities). Then the total number is used to define your personality. Like ur totally aggressive( you do not care about others and have your strong opinion), medium aggressive, calm person and very calm (can change his mind easily, do not defend)….each member of team will get different personality and team should discuss on different personalities and what personality they are…..
We need to write an essay of 1/2 page about what did u self-discover about yourself..
Task 1: is must and Select any one task from Task 2 or Task 3
Task 2:
Drawing 3 Circles (task, individual and team)
Each member of team should draw three circles on a paper .One represents Team, one represents individual and other represents Task.
You need to think which is important and draw a circle size depending on importance size. We can also draw one circle inside the other like subset circles representing team circle and inside team circle individual and then inside individual circle task circle.We need to draw the circles depending on importance of each other.
one member represented team with big circle and inside team individual circle and inside individual task circle saying that team is more important, and then individual and then task
One member gave more importance to task. Saying if thrre is no task no use of team…some draw equal circles…then all the team members of team should come up with single output if mutually agreed on one thing…or team members may have different opinions….Then there was discussion of about what did each team come up and what did they thought etc…
