Write a 3 to 4 page paper on opening a health clinic. You are hired as the "Manager". You report to the three Medical Doctor's that own the clinic. You need to review the effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic. Review and comment on the following areas in your assessment: departmentalization, delegation of authority, and quality improvement process.
