Write a 1 page Samuel Adams Boston Brewery approach to assess their customer satisfaction. How do they do it. What decisions did they have to make in determining their strategy. What are your recommendations for them? Describe their marketing strategy and describe their customer value model, incorporating at least 3 outside sources into your paper. As always, provide your own ideas and insights as to what marketing strategies and tactics they should add to their current approach.
