The advantage of worker-owned firm that it included high level of motivation, better understanding of company operation and procedures by the all staff members, which gives help to achieving the goal and objective of the firm. The worker of the firm also helps to increase producing the innovative product in the market (Chow, 2002). By it process the satisfaction level increase of the all the staff. It also increases the communication between employee and managers and helps to increase the cooperation capability of all staff members. Some disadvantage behind this process is the share price of the company's share not increase then it can affect the motivation and morale of all the employees of the firm. The employee could fail the overall business plan and the mission of the company as viewed by the owner.
