The new staffing plan is appropriate of the firm because it will increase the volume or sales of the healthcare service providers. The new staffing plan is effective of the healthcare service provider to improve the efficiency of its operations. Oncology patients are already admitted to the firm so the transition from a medical-surgical unit to an oncology unit is beneficial of it. According to Djang & Lieberman (2006), oncology unit is effective for the health care providers because in recent time oncology patients are increasing and the oncology staff is also available in the market. The oncology specialty unit provides health care services to the customers through diagnosis, treatment and then prevention that increases the demand of this unit.
