Clinical Scenario:
Laboratory tests showed elevated troponin levels in the attending physician's discharge summary; there was no mention of myocardial infarction.
How would I Write a query to the physician using an appropriate query format that is NOT leading so that you can code the discharge diagnosis correctly..I just don't understand what is being asked or how to go about this problem?
