Further, also in recent job interviews, younger applicants increasingly asked for flexible working hours, home office options, and the company's strategies on sustainability matters.
So far, you do not offer such options, nor is there a plan on how to coordinate such flexible work formats.
Challenge
In order to increase the attractiveness as an employer, new flexible working forms need to be established.
Create a strategy for how you could change the current "traditional" working system.
Include aspects of sustainability, variety and consider aspects of the venerability of success of those implemented measures.
