This lack of social skills has started to impact all businesses; however, the impact on sales professionals is alarming. Your company, 306 Industries, is a leading tech firm that relies heavily on its sales professionals.
306 Industries' CEO has noticed many of the current hires seem to lack the basic social skills that were once a staple of business success.
Your CEO wants you to create a comprehensive program designed to improve your employees' social skills. You are charged with identifying the major weakness your employees have in regards to their lack of social skills. Once you identify the predominant weaknesses, you are expected to create several training seminars which will teach your employees how to improve their social skills and ultimately their ability to generate sales.
Write a properly formatted business memo to the employees of 306 Industries explaining why these training seminars are necessary. Then explore and explain the training seminars and their benefits.
