Read Amitai Etzioni’s “Working at McDonalds” (Readings for Writers, p. 119) and create a reverse outline in which you trace the progression of his argument. Begin by stating Etzioni’s thesis, then summarize his main points in order of occurrence. Write all parts of the outline in your own words and make each main point a complete thought.
