Jennifer Lopez was photographed for People Magazine pushing their twins around in a stroller made by a British company Silver Cross. Silver cross used this image as a part of their new advertising campaign without the consent of the celebrity family. The stars filed a lawsuit against Silver Cross in US District Court, alleging that the manufacturer illegally used her name, likeness, and image to promote the sales of their high end baby products across the Internet and in print media. Lopez is seeking more than $5 million in damages as well as a preliminary and permanent injunction against Silver Cross.
