Putnam's measurement of social constructs is, as he notes himself, limited by the evidence he is able to assemble and evaluate. Consider a context which you believe is rich in social interaction and social capital. Describe the context, your "evidence" that it is socially rich, and discuss why you think it may be resistant to the forms of social decay Putnam describes.
