Question: What specifically is a "right" and how has this concept evolved since early Greek ideals? Why was the Bill of Rights created and how did this aspect of American law show one of the most tremendous examples of Congressional compromise in US history? When we look at the evolution of the inclusion of "rights" to all people in American society; what have we learned about the struggle one or more populations have undergone to achieve various "rights?"
