Analytic framework. The paper should not be annotations on a random selection of articles, but should be guided by some sort of framework. You should state the criteria you will you use to select or reject resources, and how will you determine a useful resource from one that is not useful. You might also want to have sub categories of your topic. For example, using the topic of TQM, you might have sub topics of TQM in small or family businesses, TQM in the military or government organizations, etc.

The paper should have a title page, table of contents, page numbers, running headings, and Reference section.
