1. On a page titled "Personal Reflection - Skills", identify and discuss the three most valuable skills or concepts that you learned in this course and how they will contribute to your career in HR. For each of these:

3. For each skill or concept that you identified above, what are 3-4 best practices for that skill?
For example, if you decided that writing a policy statement was something important that you learned this semester, discuss what is included in a policy statement and include 3-4 best practices in writing policy statements.
Discuss why the skills or concepts that you chose are personally important to you, and how these skills and concepts will contribute to your learning in HR. Marks will be given for quality of reflection.
