Discussion Post: Job Questionnaire
Understanding the major job functions, the activities associated with the job, and why the job exists are key elements needed to develop a credible job analysis. Using your current role or a previous role as the position to be analyzed, complete the position questionnaire. As you complete the position questionnaire, address specific work activities, the competencies required to perform the job, the activities associated with the job, and the reason for the position. Remember, this is not the actual analysis; this is the compiling of information for future analysis.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
