Why the flow is frictionless and adiabatic

For air flowing in a converging-diverging nozzle, the pressure and temperature at the inlet are 14.7 psia and 70°F. At some location in the diverging portion of the nozzle, the pressure is 1.37 psia. Determine the area at this location. The area at the throat is 1.0 in2. Assume the flow is frictionless and adiabatic.
