Why period of adolescence and early adulthood mark important

Problem:

The period of adolescence and early adulthood mark important periods in human development. Physical, cognitive and psychosocial development in adolescence and young adulthood will help us understand what turns out to be normative and non-normative in the development process at each stage. Understanding each of these dimensions of development will help social workers understand, contextualize development in general, and be able to identify areas of strength and areas to develop in the development process according to the stage being evaluated.
