In the Correlation chapter of the big data book (for this reading), the authors believe that in today's big data age, "Knowing what, not why, is good enough." The authors also mentioned in many places that it is more important to know correlation than to understand causality. Do you agree or disagree with the authors' point. Justify your answer. Why should numeric values be normalized when calculating the distances between records?
