1. Should government be small? What is small? Is the size of government important and why or why not?
2. Is democracy (or polity as Aristotle labeled a legitimate government of many) the final and superior political system? Does civilized society require it? Is it the best option everywhere? Are there no viable alternatives? Is ours the finest example of this most ideal political system? Do we have the "most successful democracy in human history?"
