In light of the foregoing, as an HR professional, assist 'Mahuta' developing a job description and specification for the following positions. They have given you the following brief for the roles:
• Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (2-3 years' experience): We are looking for someone who got prior experience in digital marketing, worked on social media strategies and campaigns.
• Senior Quality Control Manager: They are looking for someone who pays attention to every bit in detail to make sure the product looks good. They would want someone to make sure the company's products meet the required quality standards & approve the samples received.
