Part I

As a human resource manager, evaluate the quality and ease of use of the 4 different websites that you selected.

i. Which job board website is the most user friendly? What features does it have that make it simpler to use?

ii. Are some websites better than others for specific industries? What are the advantages and disadvantages of using an industry-specific board to recruit talent?

iii. In comparing the same position across different boards, did you find a certain site that consistently painted a clearer picture of the position? Comparatively, what additional details did it include that helped you better understand what "a day in the life" in that position would look like?

Part II

As a human resource manager, evaluate the quality and ease of use of the 4 different websites that you selected.

i. Do you currently have a profile on a professional networking site such as LinkedIn? Why, or why not?

ii. Based on what you've learned in this course, what actions might you take to make yourself more marketable to the 21st-century recruiter or human resource manager?
