I. Some of the most commonly diagnosed cancers are melanomas (skin cancer), digestive tract cancers (e.g. colorectal cancer cancer), and reproductive organ cancers (prostate, breast). Which do you think fit best with the injury hypothesis, and which do not? In your response, explain why.
II. We learned from Dionne Nolan how she works as an Indigenous Navigator with Cancer Care Ontario. What groups do you think would benefit from a culturally sensitive model of Primary Care-Led transitions to improve patient care? Which groups' needs may still be unmet with both systems?
