Whether 4th amendment rights have been violated

Problem: A neighbor breaks into your house and finds drugs.  He turns these drugs over to the police and the police charge you with possession of the drugs.  You argue in court that your 4th Amendment rights have been violated.

a) Will you win this argument? Why or why not?

b) What if the neighbor had called the police first, and the police told the neighbor to go into your house? Would this matter? Why or why not?
