Assignment Task: Two armed men rob a bank in Flint and escape with over $10,000 in white sacks.  According to witnesses, both robbers wore long leather coats and hats, and one wore a ski mask.  A few days later, police obtained valid arrest warrants for two mean who lived in a nearby apartment.  After lawfully gaining entry to the apartment, police arrested and handcuffed the 2 defendants in the living room and placed them against the living room wall.  Officer Logan immediately searched the suspects and found 6 bullets in one defendant's pockets.  Officer Smith, then seized a ski mask and pistol in the living room.  Another officer, Robinson, found 3 bank sacks of money and a pistol under the living room couch.  A third officer, Jackson, found money and a pistol lying on a bed in an adjoining bedroom.  Jackson also seized money from a closed paper bag on the shelf in the bedroom closet. Finally, another officer, Harris, seized money from a closed paper bag located between a chair and the wall about 10 feet from where the suspects were arrested.
