Problem
In my future workplace, I plan to implement a culture of ethics by focusing on a few certain key details. I plan to have an atmosphere of open communication, where behavior analysts are able to share all concerns that they may have. Additionally, there would be a culture of diversity. There will be no discrimination towards others of a different culture and community. Another point that I plan on focusing on is to maintain proper documentation of all services so that there is a paper trail on all therapy that was done. Lastly, there would be focus on the caseloads that are given to therapists so that they can maintain a high level of competence in the services that they provide.
