When i first began the mba program i feel that i was quite

When I first began the MBA program, I feel that I was quite lacking in the oral communication region of the learning outcomes. Throughout this past year and a half, I feel that through the presentations and basic discussions in the classroom I have significantly improved these skills. Another area that I feel I have made improvements I s in my mathematical data analysis skills. In the undergrad courses I received my first glimpse of statistics and it was a bit of a learning curve for me. The MBA courses such as accounting and finance have helped by providing the tools to determine the heath and direction of a business. The consistent stressing of ethical behavior throughout the program has helped to set the tone for the path that lies ahead. With managers and business people being put under a microscope for the failures of previous businesses that we all have learned about, there is a great need for the use of these ethical standards. Last but not least, I feel that I have gained a greater understanding of business as a whole throughout the program. I feel as though I have become an MBA as opposed to getting an MBA however, my learning does not end here. In order for me to feel as though I have fully become an MBA, I must take what I have learned and exercise it in real world situations and continue my learning there.
