Problem
Choose one text listed on the course schedule and explain why that text is essential to the development and evolution of women's positions socially, politically, and educationally leading into the 20th century. While your video will focus on one text/author, you can use other texts/authors from the readings to support and enhance your argument if you would like. No outside research is needed, required, or permitted. You may use materials assigned in the course only.
It is essential that you convey a main point, explaining what you think and why you think it about the text you've selected, and you must illustrate/support with quotes from the text/course materials.
