Assignment: Clinical Trials at National Institute of Mental Health
Find four research studies in different topic areas in the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) website. (website is find below) For example, you might look at the studies being conducted on panic disorder and depression. Read about each study and create a table to organize the required summary information.
For each study, you must state:
o Study title
o Purpose of the study
o Study type
o Study design
o Three primary outcome measures
o Estimated enrollment number
o Brief description about the study
o Eligibility requirements
o One inclusion criterion and one exclusion criterion
o Study location
o One principal investigator
After finding the required information, write a brief report on what you learned about the various types of studies being conducted at NIMH. Submit the report in a 3 to 4 pages Microsoft Word document along with the information on the four studies.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
