What you have to do: Find references for writing a paper on the above topic and below prompt.You just have to find around 30 articles, websites, books, interviews, databases etc.

Politics/ Ideologies.
Economic activity: GNP, demographics; rise/fall of specific industries.
Social/ cultural/ religious aspects.
Environmental issues.
Think of yourself as writing a historically inspired analysis advising a businessman or investor about the prospects, problems and opportunities your country (Indonesia) presents, especially in light of the history of the last 60 years.
Just find the references for the information you need to find. No need to write the paper.
Incidentally, you may want to arrange references within the OVERVIEW and topical categories sections according to genre, i.e.
INTERNET
DATABASES
BOOKS
ARTICLES
MISCELLANOUS i.e. interviews, ephemera etc.
and then arrange items in alphabetical order according to the main entry or title (the mind of a librarian)
The assignment should be no longer than 2 pages and contain perhaps 30 references.
