In this discussion post, I would like you to take the self-assessment inventories found on pages 30-35, page 46 and then pages 50-51. Using the results of these tools, try to think about what areas of leadership you need to develop and how to improve your in places you are weakest. As part of your post please provide a short list of practical steps that you will take to begin the improvement and how you will evaluate the steps taken to know if what you are doing is working to reach your goal. This ties to preparation and planning because you will have to spend more time on those areas and how you will manage them before you actually get into a situation.
