1. If you are a member of a professional union, would you be in favor of licensing requirements to join that profession? How might you defend the need to have a license?
2. Suppose you live in Mexico. If you wanted to get a job in Canada, what would you have to do to obtain permission to work? What if, instead, you wanted to work in the United States? Does your answer depend on your occupation?
