Using Feldman's three-stage model of organizational socialization, how would you describe the way you were socialized into an organization where you have worked (or a school you have attended, if you are not employed)? How well does the model fit your experience? (1 to 2 Paragraphs).

Should pensions be spendable? Under current law, some pensions can be borrowed against by the employees, even while they are still working. Other pensions may be entirely spent after the employee leaves the company, even if the employee is many years from retirement age. Capital is often used as a fixed factor of production. Many manufacturing firms cannot operate without a building and equipment. This can also be said about skilled labor. Skilled labor is also a fixed factor of production. For example, what would a hospital do without skilled labor? In the past, there have been several times in which there was a shortage in nurses. If you were in charge of a hospital, what would you do to recruit skilled nurses? How would this affect the shortage of skilled nurses in the long run?
