What would that effort look like in your organization

Problem

A. Part A: An exploration of a key part of the study of organizational behavior. Examples include the nature of an organizational culture, key theories of motivation, evaluation of performance, teams and team building, managing conflict, the art and method of communication, decision-making, the nature of leadership, and organizational change.

B. Part B: Narrow the focus. If, for example, you chose "motivation," this part of the paper would explore the best theories; if "team building," the purposes and characteristics of an effective team; if "leadership," the best approaches; and if "organizational change, the necessary steps to bring it about.

C. Part C: Application of Part B to your setting. Essentially, this is an effort to make the focus practical in your job setting. For example, if you chose motivation, what would that effort look like in your organization. Or, if you were going to set up or reorganize a team, how would you do it. Or, if you chose change, identify the scope of the change and how you would bring it about.
