Undertake an analysis of a client/company and it's different external business environment pressures - (i) market pressures (ii) technology pressures (iii) societal/political/legal pressures. Specifically, provide understanding of what would impact the success (or survival) of the start up business. Clearly justify analysis with the use of examples.
Advice: It is useful to first write full analysis and then cut back to the most critical "pressures". It is easier to decide which ones are the most important once you've made an outline/notes. This funneling process is often used in business to fine tune decision making especially when you need to decide what is critical/immediate.Remember this question is not asking you to discuss all of the components of the "pressures" but to analyse what would contribute to the success or risks that impact the business' survival.
