Go to a store in your local area that you may take an interest in or one that you work for. Have a chat to a staff member about what training they needed to undertake in order to work effectively in this store.
a) What was their job role and what training was required?
b) Who trained them and do they feel they learned everything they needed to or are there things they have to guess as they were never taught how to do them effectively?
c) What further staff training would you implement if you were the manager of the store? Why?
