What would be the pulse rate

An astronaut is traveling in the space vehicle moving at around 0.490c relative to the Earth. The astronaut measures her pulse rate at 66.0 beats per minute. Signals produced by the astronaut's pulse are radioed to the Earth if the vehicle is moving in the direction perpendicular to the line which joins the vehicle by an observer on the Earth. (Due to vehicle's path there will be no Doppler shift in the signal.)

(i) Determine what pulse rate does the Earth-based observer compute?

(ii) Determine what would be the pulse rate when the speed of the space vehicle was raised to 0.940c?
