Problem
Several of the nurses and physicians have taken their life, leaving behind small children, and family from their medical errors. The devastation of the error affects so many people, like a ripple in a pond, when you skip rocks. An area of concern is in the VA hospitals, as the patient has no recourse in the matter. If we go to an all one-payer system, like England, what will be anyone's recourse in the matter of torts?
