Problem: "I wear my heart on my sleeve", saying. When it comes to controlling emotions, the self-awareness test revealed average self-awareness skills. It is a score reflecting some understanding of feelings and emotions, and knowledge of how to manage them; however, the feedback provided an in-depth suggestion that more experience and practice are needed to strengthen this skill and better control personal emotions. While transitioning through treatment, the counselor brought up the suggestion to apply the changes needed in life to change the behaviors I was exhibiting.
