Discuss the experience of Latinas in Iowa and Wisconsin, according to the readings by Janet Weaver and Theresa Delgadillo with Janet Weaver (pp. 232-251). What were the types of leadership experiences for these women? Who were some of the individuals that were mentioned in the readings? What do Delgadillo and Weaver mean when they refer to both an "intersectional framework" and "multiple Latinidades?" And why do you think Delgadillo and Weaver focus on the oral histories of these women?
