B. You learned about Collective Agreements. Review any two of the following collective agreements and identify two similarities and two differences between the negotiated rights as specified in the articles in the two collective agreements you've chosen.

Some examples of differences or similarities could be: employees accumulate more sick leave each year in one agreement compared to another; one agreement is in place for three years and the other is in place for a longer period of time; overtime is calculated differently between the two agreements; or the grievance process differs between two agreements in some specific way.
