For this discussion, read the attached primary source, "The Address to the New Nation," by Lorenzo de Zavala. In this source, Zavala, who was the President of the General Constitutional Congress, addressed the Mexican people after the creation of the Mexican Constitution in 1824. In his address, Zavala encourages the Mexican people to join him in helping to restore order to the country. After reading the document, please answer the following questions:
