The Somech, Desivilya, and Lidogoster (2009) article recaps a study that showed an increase in team performance when the cooperative style of conflict management was utilized in teams that exhibited high levels of team identity and task interdependence. Based on your experience and after reading the article and textbook, have you ever worked in a team that clearly understood the mission, goals, etc. of the team and where each team member depended on the other members to be successful? What type of conflict management style did the team leader utilize when conflicts arose? Was it effective? Need to be 250 words with APA Format and will be graded on the depth of the matter.
