1) What approaches can be taken to value Real Estate? What are the pros and cons of each?
2) What type of commodities are traded and where? Pick three different commodities and report back to your peers about the prices they are trading at today on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Are they up or down? Did their prices surprise you at all? What other takeaways do you have from your analysis?
3) What can you do to ensure that you have excellent customer service in place at your business? What does exceptional service mean to you? How can you train your employees to embrace your customer service philosophy?
4) Do you have any apprehension related to sales? Are you currently making cold calls to prospective clients? If not, how do you plan to start? What is your system, or will be, your system for doing so? What will you say to start the conversation? How can you keep yourself positive in the face of the rejection that we'll all face as entrepreneurs making sales presentations? Do you have any sales advice to offer to your peers?
