Watch the "Leadership Styles" video from the Leadership Channel and respond to the following:
Having watched the video, what tribal stage do you think Peter's New York City firm was in? Fully support your thoughts in your initial response. Next, share which tribal stage you believe the second firm was in. Was Peter better or worse suited for this assignment? How could he adapt and improve using situational leadership?
Make your initial post within the first 4 days of the module. Provide a substantive response to at least 2 of your peers within the current module timeframe. For at least 1 of your peer responses, write a full critical evaluation of the peer's post and decisions. Carefully examine how your peer might have missed something (identify possible blind spots) and discuss how their post impacted you.
