Problem 2: Many believe that given the increasing complexity and dynamism of the modern business world, all organizations will have to adopt some type of a matrix structure. Do you agree or disagree with that argument? Why or why not?
Problem 3: Does your current (or former) employer utilize departmentalization techniques? If so, do you believe that this type of organizational structure is in alignment with the firm's goals?
