Problem
As HIM Manager (Leader), I need Planning, Organizing, and Controlling. My hospital is deficient in the Prenatal area (breast feeding) and requires me to present Strategies for the management process i.e. Planning, Organizing, Leadership, and Control.
Help me to reach and provide recommendations for each part of these buildings of the process.
1. Planning - what strategies and tactics to use.
2. Organizing - responsibilities, and functions of each team member.
3. Leadership - motivational tactics used by you (the task force team leader/manager).
4. Controlling - what quality standards are created? How will they be measured to ensure quality over time?
