What stage of development do you believe this group to be in currently? Explain
his being our 6th meeting, I would say we are well into our way to the stage after performing. This is because we are all exhibiting open communication, high levels of trust, and members actively contributing to one another's growth. The focus is on personal experiences and collective learning. We have all been sharing experiences and observations of actions and behaviors that we would not normally share with others.
