The facilitator and I were the only ones that experienced divorce so as the only participant, I dominated much of the session with my experiences. While I hope others learned from what I shared, I found that I truly did need to share these things not only for myself, but to give others insights to different experiences. It definitely kept us on the topic and encouraged understanding of what actions and behaviors lead to divorce and what moving on look like as an individual.
